1. Cargo at owners risk. The shipper will under no circumstances be responsible for any damage arising from delay in the sailing or its cancelation or may happen during loading and unloading at the port.

2. Local tax invoice with proper description, quantity, gst, and HSN code of the product to be mentioned.

3. Advance payment to be done while handing over the goods to the shipper.

4. Duty and Taxes levied at destination to be paid by consignee.
